Send a naked (stamped and written) postcard with a "famous" person on it. By famous I mean someone who would be recognized anywhere in the Western World. Not your local mayor or someone like that who is locally famous. As usual in my swaps, anything goes, store-bought, hand-made, internet printed, etc. etc. One partner, international, sender's choice.
