Description:

I hosted a series of postcard swaps, USA & International, this year for InCoWriMo - (Example is here if you want to see what InCoWriMo is, the link is in the swap.) The month is almost over, and I still have a few letters to write, so I thought I'd host another swap.

This will be a super quick sign up/send swap! Make sure you have paper and stamps and are ready to go! Be sure your area is sending/receiving mail to other countries!

This swap will be International and you'll have one partner to send a letter to. (A letter this time, not a postcard. A notecard is not enough for this swap.) You are not required to reply to the letter you get, but if you are looking for a new pen pal and are interested in continuing to write to your partner, please be clear with that wish in your letter.

For this swap, you will send one letter - handwritten or typed, sender's choice, on stationery or plain paper, at least 2 pages long (page size A5 or about 5x8 inches) - either 2 sheets or one sheet, written front and back. Include the swap name and your swap bot ID in the letter! This is how your partner will rate you! (If you are hoping for a reply, be sure to include your address written clear and neat so they can read it!)

Tuck ins (extra goodies you tuck into the envelope or letter - stickers, notes, etc) are NOT required, but if you wish to send something extra, please check your partner's profile to be sure they are welcome to tuck ins!

What is the letter about? Please address the letter TO your partner - look at their profile, see if you have anything in common. Maybe recommend a podcast or You Tube channel you think they might like. Or tell them about a book you are reading. You can also introduce them to the area you live in - just try not to complain about the weather TOO much. :) This should be a personal letter rather than a stream of consciousness or random intro.

Who can join? This swap is for established swappers with at least 10 completed, rated type 2 swaps.

Rating should be 4.98 or above, (BUT!! If your rating is below 4.98 & would like to join, please Send me a PM and explain your rating. I'm happy to give 2nd chances, but communication is KEY)

Profile MUST be fully filled out! more than just a few paragraphs, and graphics/photos don't count in profile content! NO late sends on your dash, and NO unresolved 1's or 3's to current swappers.

ALL swappers should have been a member of swap-bot for at least 1 year - this is a requirement of the swap.

This is not a newbie friendly swap, and it is not a ratings booster swap.

I am in the Pacific time zone in the USA, and will have partners assigned by noon the day following sign up deadline.

I angel all of the swaps I host, so if you are flaked on, please contact me once you have rated your partner a 1. Please be sure to RATE your partner!

If you have ANY questions or comments, please SEND ME A PM! I will NOT see comments left below. I always forget to check, but I do get PM's.

I do my best to vet all swaps I host, and try to avoid flakers and questionable swappers, but I'm not perfect. If you know of someone who has joined one of my swaps who is questionable, please send me a PM with the information rather than comments left below. I am grateful for the information and will take it into consideration.

If you would like to swap, but do not meet the requirements, please message me. I am usually willing and able to do private swaps.
