Try something new ATC #1

This swap is all about trying a new technique. There are so many artists out there making amazing ATCs to inspire us. Have you seen some that you wish you could make? For this swap you will challenge yourself to try something new.

You can choose your own new technique to try, or try one of the suggestions. Don't forget to let you partner know what new technique you tried for this swap, and how it went.

Suggestions:
1. decoupage background using ripped paper
2. add multiple layers
3. use various media such as various types of paints, papers, and textiles
4. watercolor stamped images (use waterproof ink to stamp the images)
5. experiment with color
6. paint or draw something (even if you don't know how -there are book and videos to help)

Only send a card that you would be happy to receive. Make sure to include your swapper ID, and the name of this swap along with your ATC.

Remember to rate your partner a 5 if they send you an ATC that meets the requirements of this swap. Don't rate down if you dislike the ATC.
