Let’s create a tag for our partner depicting something associated with the fall season. This could be an activity, event, sight, harvest item, colors, leaves, nuts, etc.

Tag size is your choice, but no larger than 6 x 3”. Don’t forget to add a hole & material to hang. You may add patterned embellishments & patterned paper back if you wish.

Add your information on the back (attach to plain label if you use patterned paper) & protective cover or sleeve before mailing.
