Description:

This is Round 4 of the first ever Wandering Community ATC collaboration swap.

You can jump in any time. This is a continuous swap.

IN THE BEGINNING:

PLEASE DO NOT SEND a new one if you still have an old one that needs completing.

Create an ATC with any background you like and send to your partner. It can be painted, gelli printed, background paper, etc,

Add your name, swap info, round #, and address to back of ATC. In case notecard is lost, it can still get back to you.

Send with a nice notecard..normal size, not large, (it's going into another envie).

On the notecard, write your name, swap bot ID, state, what you added to the ATC, number of the round for the atc. This will stay with the ATC until it goes home.

Address the notecard envelope to yourself and add appropriate postage to it to get it back home to you.

Put the notecard with self-addressed envie from above step, and ATC into another envelope and address to your partner and stamp appropriately.

Send by swap Mail By date.

When you receive your swap... hold on to it! Both the ATC and the Notecard/envie. There will be another round next month.

CONTINUING AN ALREADY STARTED ATC:

You hung on to the ATC and notecard received in the last round as in the directions.

As with collaboration postcards ... ADD A BIT OF YOUR ART TO THE ATC FROM THE PREVIOUS ROUND.

To the notecard that came with it, Add your information for this round. Your name, swap bot ID, state, what you added to the ATC, And number of this round for the atc.

Put the notecard, envelope with the final destination, and ATC in another envelope and address to your partner and stamp appropriately.

IF THIS IS THE 4th ROUND ROUND FOR THIS ATC... PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOU CAN ADD SOMETHING ELSE. IF IT LOOKS COMPLETE, PLEASE SEND IT HOME, AS THERE PROBABLY IS NO ROOM LEFT FOR MORE ART.

Send by swap Mail By date.

As directed above, when you receive your swap ... hold on to it! Both the ATC and the Notecard with envelope for its home.. Make sure to sign up for the next round, right away so you don't forget. You want your Community ATC to come home as quickly as possible!

If you are the last person to add art to the ATC, and it looks complete... add your info to the notecard, and send it home using the self-addressed stamped envelope that came with it.

Then, start a new ATC to send to your current partner, following directions located in the IN THE BEGINNING section above.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND a new one if you still have an old one that needs completing.

NOTE: if you decide to stop participating in this swap mid-collaboration, please contact me.

NOTE: DO NOT send the ATC back to the original owner until the ATC HAS SEEN AT LEAST 4 ARTIST COMMUNITY (SWAP BOT) MEMBERS and looks complete.

NOTE: DO NOT send huge NOTECARDS. THEY require large envelopes which cost extra postage!

NOTE: IF you receive the ATC more than once, that is okay. Just add your info and art as in previous rounds to show that you enjoyed adding your ideas to this ATC more than once.

PLEASE, if you do not think you will be able to participate for 4-5 rounds, DO NOT sign up.

Must have a well filled out profile, have completed at least 40 type 3 swaps, no 1 or 3 ratings for at least 12 months.

I reserve the right to ban those that I believe do not meet the requirements.

Thanks! Hope you enjoy the swap!!
