Mini Zine: Your Hometown #328079

• International. Please only participate if your country does not have significant mail delays. Items can be expected to arrive within 5 weeks.

• Make a 1-page booklet using a sheet of letter size 8.5"x11" paper. 1-page folded into a mini booklet instructions.

Theme: Your hometown. The one you were raised in, or the one you are living in.

Any art/graphic design style: mixed media, drawings, cut-out images and graphics, photos, digitally-created.

You can send the original copy if you want to but generally zines are scanned and printed, or photocopied. The creator keeps the original. Send a colour copy (unless your original is done in black & white).

Ideas about what you might like to include in your zine:

• A place you would recommend for coffee.
• A favorite tourist attraction in your hometown.
• A favorite place in your town.
• Is your hometown famous or known for something?
• What is the local history?
• What is the architecture like?
• What is the geography of the land like?
• Are there any annual festivals, fairs or events held in your town?
• What neighborhood is your favorite in your hometown?
• What was the population of your hometown (20-or-so) years ago, and what is it now?
• Is there something you would like to improve about your hometown?
