Sakura/Cherry Blossom ATC

Calling all Cherry Blossom lovers! I just LOVE almost anything with Sakura on it. Sakura, also known as the cherry blossom, is Japan's national flower and it is highly symbolic:

In Japan, the blooming of the sakura ("cherry blossoms") is a national event. People take off work to spend the time simply watching the beauty of the sakura - this is called "hanami", or "flower viewing". The sakura is Japan's national flower. Sakura are very fragile, but quite beautiful… but their beauty if all the more tragic because it is so fleeting. Because of this, sakura are commonly used to portray the fleeting beauty, innocence, and naiveté of youth in seishun stories

In this international swap, you will make 1 ATC for each of 2 partners.

Guidelines:

• It must have sakura somewhere on it. Anything outside of that is optional.
• Must measure 2.5 by 3.5 inches
• Please give it a sturdy backing.
• Put time and effort into it. No stickers on cardstock.
• Newbies permitted, no ratings required, but no recent no-sends...for anyone concerned, I'll be happy to angel this, just PM me.
• Please water-proof it for mailing...remember, this is rain season for many places. You can get little ziplocks in the bead isle of most craft stores. I've received a couple of swaps that were damp and it was quite disappointing, so please don't disappoint your partner
