*This swap idea is based on former challenges hosted by our fabulous group founder Joyce, aka Rabbitfreedom. The first lucky 13 swappers to sign up will receive an envelope with supplies to make two Halloween-themed ATCs; one for your partner and one for your hostess. Once 13 people sign up the deadline will close, I will assign partners, and mail you your envelope. When you sign up, please send me your mailing address via swap-bot messenger. Once you receive your supplies you must use a minimum of six design elements on each card. You may make your cards identical or totally different as long as you use six items, or part of six items I send you, on each card. You may alter the items I send by coloring, painting, tearing, folding, cutting etc. For example, if you receive a die cut, I encourage you to draw on it, outline or highlight it, decorate it, glitter it, or alter it as you desire. Or, if you receive a piece of ribbon, thread or fabric feel free to cut off what you need. In addition, you may add your own supplies/embellishments to the ATCs after you’ve used six of what I have sent you. Whatever supplies are left are yours to keep! Please be sure that you use sturdy backing for your ATCs such as thin cardboard from a cereal box or heavy art paper such as watercolor paper. Be sure that all elements are secured on your card. I actually hold mine up and drop them on a hard floor to see if anything falls off or comes loose. Lastly, write the title of the swap, date, and your username on the back of each ATC. Once you complete your ATCs please send one to your assigned partner and one to me, your hostess at: DeAnna Varela P.O. Box 553 Notre Dame, IN 46556 If you have any questions, please post in the comments below or shoot me a message. |
