Panel card

For this swap, we will be creating a panel card. You can get inspiration from this tutorial CLICK HERE. You do not have to follow the tutorial exactly as long as you get the same results, but she does give all the measurements for the card on her blog site. It is sender's choice for the card size and theme of the card, but please be respectful of your partner's dislikes as you would like to make them something they would enjoy.
