Description:
The usual rules for an ATC: 2.5X3.5 size ONLY; description/title, artists name, etc, on the back. No sticker slapping. It can be any medium (I can tell you right now mine will be 90% digital) and any kawaii theme. Collage, hand drawn, watercolors, oils, whatever floats your boat. Plenty of time, and a week to mail, so you can start working on it now.... and then be bored for a month. ;-)
