USAPC: Altered Playing Card #14

In our previous altered card swaps, the focus was on technique and unique ideas to create our cards. Since we all have our technique perfected, we will be switching to my providing a theme.

Theme for #14 : WINGS ON THINGS

You may interpret the theme in any way you like. Be creative!

Other requirements for altering are: The ideal card should have some part of the front showing…even if it’s just a corner. It’s nice to see the number or suit showing.♥️♦️♠️♣️ My inspiration for this series came from the Full Deck Challenges on YouTube and Instagram which use playing cards rather than game cards. 🃏

This is not just stickers and a go. This altering requires different mixed mediums like gesso, ModgePodge or gel mediums, watercolors, paints, ephemera, textures, etc.

Hoping the turn to a theme will generate more swappers to join in. I know I have received many very special altered cards and enjoy going back through them to enjoy the lovely art created. Thanks for joining!
