Description:
Private swap for @Softawoo & @feverfawn yay! Each will create an APC featuring one or more postage stamps! This is completely free theme and up to each to create what they like as far as themes, colors, materials used etc. The only rules are: use a playing card (of course!) it must feature at least one postage stamp and send it in a protective sleeve. We will have one month to create and send this APC so it should be a fun and stress-free swap! :)
