Short Story Time - Email

It is just fun to see what you can create in writing -

Using all 3 of the following random phrases, create one flash-fiction story or poem.

■ "High And Dry” - To be left behind; abandoned. Being in a helpless situation without a way to recover.

■ "A Day Late and a Dollar Short” - Too late. A missed opportunity.

■ "A Cat Nap” - A short slumber taken during the day.
