This looks like fun! I love looking for new quick receipes. Anyone have good crockpot receipes? Now I need to figure out how I am going to make the book!

I've done several of these. A couple of them I used 4x6 photo albums. And another was a no-line compostion notebook.

kraftykj--I have tons of crockpot recipes I can share even if we're not partnered up! This sounds like a lot of fun!

Great Idea RedRose2007! I've already started getting some of the recipes I make from scratch (without a recipe) down on paper!

I would love to have your crockpot recipes, thanks skirts! I wish I was like kdj42160 I don't cook from scratch much!

kraftykj - My Granny made the best pies ever and I still regret making her write them down. I'm trying to get my families favorite recipes down on paper for my daughter.

If at all possible, can I get recipes with no wheat, dairy, or eggs? I really hate to be picky, but my husband is allergic to these things, and it would be so lovely to get a recipe book that I can use! Thank you so much!

baybelletrist 04/14/2009 #

Wow, @marinda -- you'd be a tough partner for me, that's for sure! So many of my recipes are for baked things. It would be a fun challenge, though. :) BTW, @redrose2007 -- I think it's a good idea for people to put food allergies or other dietary restrictions in the comments. My only request is for no organ meats or ham recipes; liver is just not appealing to me, and I've never liked ham. But I love sharing new recipes with people, so this will be really fun!

I use 4 x 6 photo albums as well. I love getting new recipes!! My family likes almost anything. I too do not do the organ meat, not since I learned the liver filters out toxins from your body when i was in high school ions ago, just can't eat it anymore.

@marinda is your husband ok with gluton free recipes?

This is a great one.......I need some quick and easy recipes.....it's hard getting homw from work and then having to cook! Especially with the Softball season starting! Never home then! I

I am very excited about this swap!

I too would prefer no organ meat, nor anything made with honey (I am allergic). Thanks :)

I love this - but can't join, right now. I hope you'll run it again, sometime in the future.

IMPORTANT:

I'm moving to a new address, so if my partner is sending my package after May 9th, I will have a new address for you to send to. PLEASE contact me to get it. Thank you!

As far as my recipe book goes, I love all kinds of food, but I don't really like cooked vegetables. I'm willing to try anything. :)
