Description:

Hello all! Are we ready for a new SWAP? This time it'll be centered around a New Years letter, but the theme + contents are senders choice. [the password for this swap is on Patreon, and accessible to everyone in the Member tier]

This swap will consist of 3 elements.

  • Element one is a New Year's themed letter, where we can for example write about how 2022 was or how we think 2023 will be. You can mention your New Years' resolutions, something you look forward to, something you achieved or are hoping to achieve: your favourite memories, crafts or season.. I'd say write at least one (A5 sized) page front and back, but longer is always okay! If you're struggling with this, you can always start by introducing yourself and talking about this swap, followed by any of the themes mentioned above or give it your own spin! Feel free to add pictures if you like, but this is not a requirement.

  • Element two is a small crafty project, in any theme of your choosing. A little flipbook, layered pocket, accordeon folder, envelope stack, tag flip or pocket letter for example. Simply a decorated envelope won't do, try to create something small but special and decorate it. It doesn't have to be big: this swap will have a weight guideline of around 40 grams. (Meaning your total envelope will be between 40-50 grams, including the letter, goodies and project. More is always okay!)

  • Element three is some of your favourite goodies. The goodies could be anything, as long as most of them can be used in our crafting: your favourite tea, washi tape samples, wax seals, washi dots, ribbon, die-cuts, stickers, tiny words... Embellishments? Paper samples are also okay, but make sure they're nice to use and for example bundle them in a little booklet. Make a nice selection! They can be included in the project if possible. Goodies are again senders' choice, but you can always check your partners' profile to see if you can match it!

Simple, right? There's deadlines for each swap, so please make sure you send it out on time. If you're unable to send within the deadline, please contact your partner and me. If you have any questions, let me know!

! Last and very important note: you can only join if you have filled out the "about" section on your profile. You can look at mine for inspiration, but the minimum would be a little information and maybe things/themes/colours you like (or dislike)! Don't forget to share your project with #CraftClubSwap and #PLBCraftClub on instagram!
