Write a 2 page minimum (1 page front and back on standard stationery or larger paper) letter talking about your past week. Some things you can include are trips you made, goals you set and if you completed them, how your work week went, what you did to make yourself feel accomplished, what you had for dinner, what you did with your kids, or anything else you'd like to add. You can do this in diary form or letter form.
