I plan to do these all year! Each month we will send 1 partner a little pick me up. All 4 things need to be sent. Read your partners profile send them one happy thing from their list of faves etc.(senders choice) Send a happy quote, positive affirmation or inspirational poem Send a postcard or notecard fill it out with a happy message Send 5 happy stickers The idea is that we may be having a bad day and go to the mailbox to find your swap and opening it gives us a little pick me up.
