USA - Poetry Month Wrap-Up Penpal Letter

April is Poetry Month, so I'm doing a wrap-up letter.

Must have 10+ type 2 swaps, no 1s/non-sends in past 6 months.

1 partner. USA only.

Not all of us are writers, and even those who are may not find that poetry is a preferred style.

Instead, send a letter! It doesn't have to be long.

Include things like: - Your favourite poem - Favourite poets, interesting facts about them - Something you learned this year about poetry - A "modern poet" you follow online - Do you have a writing style you like, such as iambic pentametre, haiku, sonnets? Do you like freestyle, or does it lose the challenge of a 'real poem'? - Are there styles of poetry particular to a language that isn't English? - Do you write poetry or have you tried it out?

Decorate the envelope as well. Have fun with this letter!
