LSRUS: Weekend Plans-Int'l

I've been working on swaps this morning and am about to head out the door to watch my granddaughter's Ninja Competition. We will all probably go out for an early dinner after.

Tomorrow is our older daughter's (her mother's) birthday. We will do something to celebrate but I'm not sure what yet. It is supposed to be a nice day so I'm guessing she will want us all to take a walk along the Cape Cod Canal.

Tomorrow evening, she and her husband are going to a concert in Boston so we will have the 7-y.o. for dinner and overnight. She and I are going to finish painting the basement floor so we can start building the benchwork for our model railroad layout. I want to lay track so I can operate trains. She is hyped to do the scenery. That is good with me. I don't like building scenery.

I will be rousting her from bed at 7:15 Monday morning to feed her and get her ready for school. It is a 20 minute drive and she has to be there at 8:15am. She is good at getting ready so it doesn't take long, though she often ends up finishing her breakfast in the car.

Friday was quite uneventful for me. I found myself stuck at home with nothing much to do, feeling quite bored. To pass the time, I engaged in conversations with my pen-pals from overseas and chatted with my online friends.

Saturday brought a bit more excitement as we decided to treat ourselves to some delicious tacos. Afterwards, I spent some time browsing through various house renovation ideas on the internet, getting inspired for future projects.

Sunday turned out to be a busy day as we made trips to Michaels, Roses Department store, and the grocery store. We also indulged in some Chinese food for dinner. The evening was dedicated to working on swaps and writing letters, wrapping up the weekend on a productive note.

Well hello above my 2 partners hahaha. Soooo my weekend... Well I'll tell you about the one just gone as I have no idea about the upcoming one. Saturday was a nice sleep in. My daughter woke at 8.30am as on Friday nights we go to play darts and she refuses to sleep so 11pm when we got home she was passed out in my arms (alot like now), Sunday her father came home from work for his break and we finished off our concreting for the house extension, now just put walks up, tile the concrete and get our mats and we can move lounge and dining down to have more space. That afternoon I worked on some SwapBot and FB swaps and then Bubba wanted to nap (usually I fight with her on it lol) and I ended up sleeping with her- great Arvo lol Monday (yesterday) I did house cleaning and more swaps and play time. CHELSEA is getting more confident with her walking without holding tables and chairs and used her 'my first Walker's, however she got a lil too confident with pushing and laughing she bumped the fireplace step and went over the toy feet in the air. Cried for 30secs till granddad grabbed her. Yeah she has us all wrapped around her finger. We went to collect fire wood from around the property to start preparing for this coldness settling in. And today well I want to scrap today. First bub wouldn't sleep in her bed all night, when I tried she would wake and scream cry so I was very tired from the moment my eyes opened. Then my dad bogged hos tractor so we had to get him out, Chelsea only slept 30-60mims in the car while at the shop so afternoon she was cranky, but the wiggles to the rescue, oh and while we were out the road near the shops is uneven and I feel hard over it and both knees are grazed bad and my left hand and wrist hurt (I'm left handed so not good), I'm hoping tomorrow I will feel fine as I have alot PLANNED. hopefully plans work out lol. very rare with a baby who only wants you at times lol
