CF: Handmade Patterned Envelopes

Let’s make some envelopes using paper with patterns (lines, dots, squares, diamonds, etc.). All non plain white envelopes are much more interesting, don’t you think?

For this swap, we will make 3 different patterned envelopes for our partner. These need to be created with patterned papers, not plain envelopes then decorated.

Please make them A2 size which fits a standard note card (4 1/4” x 5 1/2”).

Use an envelope punch board or open up an envelope and make your own template. Please make your envelopes sturdy enough to survive the postal system.

Personally, I tend to use paper from scrapbook paper pads I get on sale at the local craft stores, or from garage/estate sales. 😀
