Do you love forest critters? Foxes, hedgehogs, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, porcupines, moose, owls, birds, etc. If so, this swap is for you! For this swap, you will create a forest friends themed flip book with at least 3 folders/pockets, and fill it with themed goodies for your partner. Then, you will decorate an envelope (put some effort into this!) to mail the flipbook in. Your flipbook/envelope should weigh over 1 oz and require at least 2 stamps. You can include other forest themed things, such as trees, acorns, mushrooms, pinecones, ferns, wildflowers, etc, but please make sure you are also including many forest animal themed items. If you have never made a penpal-style flipbook before, please watch this youtube video for ideas! Some ideas of things to put inside: Stickers Ephemeras/paper items Sticky notes/memo papers Letter sets/Greeting cards Bookmarks Wax Seals Pressed flowers/leaves Washi tape or PET tape (clear plastic tape you can cut designs from like stickers) Ribbon samples Decorated envelopes Address labels or swap cards for your partner to use Stamped images on quality paper High-quality printables Postcards Scrapbook clusters Let your imagination reign :) Remember if you spread out the pockets so that the goods are distributed evenly, your envelope will be flatter and easier to mail in a standard envelope. For this swap, you must be rated 4.9 or above, and have at least a few type 2 or type 3 swaps under your belt. I check all profiles before assigning partners to ensure a good swap for all. REQUIREMENTS RECAP: 1) Decorate an envelope with forest theme 2) Create a forest friends flipbook with at least 3 pockets, and fill with goodies. 3) Must weigh over 1 oz, requiring at least 2 letter stamps to mail. |
