Description:
On your 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC, paint a thin layer of white glue, (real school glue like Elmers, not your craft glue) with a foam brush or paint brush. Let it dry just till it is tacky but not quite dry. That is an important step. so don't walk away from your project. Paint acrylic paint over the glued ATC & let dry completely. You should then see the crackle. Now make your beautiful ATC making sure you can see some or most of the crackle. Add a sturdy backing with your SB info on the back. Mail in a protective
