YTPC: Fast Folio US

Let's follow along with THIS TUTORIAL by SilverandSparkles to create a fast folio for our partners.

The beginning of the tutorial is the tutor plugging her new paper set, so you can certainly skip that, and the folio part ends around 22 minutes--much shorter than the 37 minute time listed.

Please treat the back of the paper you use in some way--double-sided print, tea-dyed, etc., and make the little tags OR insert ephemera into the little pockets. Don't worry about the eyelets if you don't have eyelets/setter available.
