Description:

I'm so sorry I've taken so longggggggg. I've decided to put up like 3 or 4 with a few weeks in between them so you fine folks wont have to wait so long!

I happen to be one of the many people on here that are huge fans of journaling and collaborative journaling and art. I love the idea of round robin journals where you send a journal to many people and having them add entries. I think it's such a great way to expose your art, see other artists, and get some great inspiration.

I wanted to do something like this, but allow people who have a tighter budget to join. The idea reminds me of the concept of tip ins if you have ever heard of them.

The idea is to make individual entries for an eventual journal. The reason behind this is mainly to make it very easy and inexpensive to send. The goal is to have certain themes so overtime you will obtain a good amount of pages for you to bind together somehow into your own special collaborative art book. The plan is to do one of these every few weeks until the interest dies off. At the end I'll provide links for binding techniques so people can get ideas.

The Nuts and Bolts -Decorate two half sheets of paper (half of a regular printer size), you may use any type of paper, and decorate it in any fashion you wish, however put effort into it! Make it really special. Collage, paint, drawn, altered with ribbon or beads or embellies, stamps, stencils. Simple right!

You will have two partners, so a total of 4 sheets made. This will be internatinal You should have a rating of 4.8 with no recent poor ratings Newbes are allowed with full profiles.

Please leave about half an inch on the side as a margin for binding! I would have to have to cover someones beautiful artwork!

The theme for this round is the wild side my vision was to have some sort of animal theme, whether it be having an animal focal piece of the page or some animal prints or something

edit *I dont know why I put these as regional, I made them late last night and didn't even think. They are totally international because it wont cost very much.

Also for the backs I would say to either leave them blank or put your info, like sign, date, locatin if you'd like. I would say decorate both sides but some people use paper and techniques that wouldn't allow them to decorate both sides without messing up the front*

I would be interested in joining up if it were 1 page to each partner.

Yeah, I've been doing this one, and I know I'd be able to spend more time and be more pleased with my pages if I only had one partner each time. Maybe for the next few rounds?

Or one page to two partners?

I would like more than a week to complete them. I have a busy summer schedule and really enjoy these swaps, but I'm feeling rushed.
