This swap is for USA only. International shipping has been a killer for me lately. Flakers, and swaplifters, please do not join. I am unable to angel this swap, and you have to be pretty despicable and a downright horrible person to try to flake on a swap meant for kids. In this swap you will have one partner and you will send a care package meant to be received by your trading partner’s daughter. We will be using the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (small size…dimensions 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8"). You can get this box at any post office, and it costs $4.95 to mail anywhere in the USA regardless of how much it weighs. Basically, you fill the box with stuff that would brighten up a little girl's day. Examples of stuff you might send are cute little toys, stationery, pencils, rubber stamps, erasers, pencil cases, children books, pictures books, stickers, arts & crafts supplies like crayons, pencils, sidewalk chalk, dolls, hair pins, accessories, coin purses, wooden toys. You could even send dinosaurs and toy cars if your partner's daughter is said to be a tomboy. I know my daughter is! (Suggested age range 3 to 12). Handmade items are allowed if you're skilled enough to make dolls or little toys. Please send at least 5 cute, new items. If it fits, it ships. For very thoughtful, special packages that go above the 5 item requirement, give a heart! Expect to spend in the ballpark of $10-15 on this swap before shipping. Shipping included will make this swap come out to approximately $20. Newbies with a fully-filled profile are allowed. We were all newbies once. Non-newbie swappers with 4.9 - 5 ratings welcome but should have at least 5 mailed swaps completed to be allowed. I reserve the right to exclude/ban those who do not fit the requirements or just seem fishy. If you have 1s or 3s, don't join because you'll be banned. It would probably be a good idea to let your partner know the age of your daughter. For example, you may put that information in your profile. For safety’s sake, DO NOT put your child’s full name on the comments area. You can wait until the partners are assigned and then give your trading partner your mailing information & daughter’s name. If you have any questions, please PM me and I'll try to answer you ASAP. Because of the cost involved, I cannot angel. |
