include images( one for each recipe is enough) its always nice when you are cooking a new recipe

include regional info if you want to spice up your swap, maybe do some reasearch on your recipe.....perhaps a historical one....senders choice,

...unless your partner is vegetarian.......post any allergies or food restrictions in the forum......senders try to keep them in mind, of course if your partner is lactose, glucose and gluten intolerant along with being vegetarian.....just do your best...kindly rate if you recieved three recipes!
