For this swap, all you have to do is send one store-bought or handmade postcard with a limerick on it. The postcard can be of any subject and the limerick can be part of the front's design or written on the back of the postcard. The limerick should be about your swap partner or something you found on their profile. According to Wikipedia... The standard form of a limerick is a stanza of five lines, with the first, second and fifth having eight or nine syllables and rhyming with one another, and the third and fourth having five or six and rhyming separately. The first line traditionally introduces a person and a place, with the place appearing at the end of the first line and establishing the rhyme scheme for the second and fifth lines. Wikipedia's Example: The limerick packs laughs anatomical Rules are that you have no unexplained or recent ones, and have your profile filled out. |
