I absolutely love to bake, whether it's a complicated recipe from scratch or just throwing those pre-cut cookies onto a cookie sheet. If you feel the same, then this swap is for you!
WHAT TO SEND
One baked dessert-type good. Ideas include - a small batch of cookies/muffins, a small loaf of bread, biscotti, fudge/brownies, biscuits, etc.
A baking item/utensil. Ideas include - cupcake liners, sprinkles, a cookie cutter, measuring spoons/cups, etc.
One recipe for a baked dessert. You can print this out from the internet or write it on a recipe card or whatever you'd like.
One small surprise item of your choosing, somehow related to baked goods. Ideas include - a small notebook, stickers, jewelry, plushie, notecard, stationery, etc.
GUIDELINES
- Swap is U.S. only because of postal/food regulations.
- Each person will have one partner.
- Swappers must have a rating of 4.5+. Newbies can join if they have complete profiles.
- YOU MUST SEND VIA U.S. PRIORITY MAIL BECAUSE OF THE FOOD ITEM ENCLOSED.
IMPORTANT & NECESSARY
You absolutely must leave a comment below once you've joined the swap with the following info: any allergies you have (such as to nuts, chocolate, etc), eating preferences (vegan, diabetic, etc). IF YOU JOIN AND DON'T LEAVE A COMMENT WITH THE ABOVE INFO BY THE SWAP DATE, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SWAP.
That said, when you bake your item, you are not REQUIRED to abide by your partner's eating preferences (but hopefully you will), HOWEVER, if you don't, you need to let your partner know that you didn't.
Ok! I know that's a lot of reading!! Hopefully you will still want to join and share the baking love. :)
