Hi everyone!

Ok, this is something I have only done once and thought this would be fun for someone who perhaps never made a card from scratch before and wanted to give it a try and not get a bad rating for it.((hopefully)) I say this cause this swap is for swappers that have not made a greeting card (a flap over card) before and want to give it a try. If you have that is great, but be warned you might get a card from someone that might not be as crafty as you may be so keep this in mind if you join this swap.

NEWBIES are welcome to this swap as long as your PROFILE is COMPLETED. All others MUST have a 4.8 or HIGHER to join and no recent NO sends!

This swap is to make 2 cards for 1 partner. US ONLY to save on postage for this swap.

You must make your card(s), it can not be a regular store bought one..well unless you alter the front heehee. You can make it to any theme and size you like. Can be a standard card size to a note card size just NOT A POST CARD..and you must keep the inside blank.

You must include a envelope with your card so be sure your card fits into the envelope so your partner can use it if they choose.

Please be creative in doing the art on the front of your card. Don't just put a plain sticker on it and think that will suffice cause it wont. You must be creative! Use your paints, embellishments, ribbons, glue, altered vintage art..how ever you choose to make the front of your card is up to you. It can be a birthday card, thinking of you card, or just a anything card the choice is up to the sender to make.

Be sure to check out the profile of your swap partner as this could help you with idea's if you are stuck on what kind of card to make. The idea is to do something perhaps you have not done yet. Soooo, lets be creative. Have fun with your card making! ( a good way to use some of your extra swap goodies you may have gotten too)

Remember this is for US swappers only due to the embellishments that may go on the cards and to help with postage costs.

oh I am having fun making cards. This is great to recycle stuff. Use old cards that perhaps you like the front so cut it out and reuse it. Perhaps old ATC's, inchies, skinny cards make great toppers as well on your hand made cards. Have fun creating!! I surely am! Might have to make another swap heehee

ok everyone yesterday was the last day to get your cards out. I see one not marked as sent. If you sent out your cards please be sure you mark your swap as sent. Sending late or not contacting your swap partner if there is trouble could result in a lower rating. IF you DO NOT get your swap contact your partner and let me know as well. THANKS everyone for joining in on this swap :)
