You will have 1 partner to send 1 postcard to that has Balloons on it. Postcard can be store bought or hand-made, this is up to the sender. Card should be sent written on & naked unless it's a hand-made card & it might not survive the postal system, then you might consider sending in an envelope to protect it.

Must have a rating of 4.9, no--no sends & profile must be completely filled out. Also, you must have some acutal postal swaps completed, not a lot of ratings for email swaps.
