Description:
We will make 4 mini lucky parcels for our partner. By mini, I mean small and only a couple of dollars spent on each one, so no more than $8-$10 spent total. Make a mini parcel for each of the following themes (however you interpret them): black & white swapping/Swap-bot wintery crafty/crafts USA swappers with 4.85 ratings or better, no recent unexplainable lateness or no-sends, and new swappers with filled out profiles are welcome.
