This swap is for used postage stamps, either foreign or USA. Please note, this swap is for stamps that are ON paper (still attached to the envelope or postcard) and were cut out. Each person that signs up will swap 25 used postage stamps ON paper to your partner. Do not send duplicates or any that have too heavy of a cancellation on it, none torn etc.... Send in the condition as you would like to receive. Thanks, and happy swapping and would love to do personal swaps of on, off, international or USA only stamps. : )

I have a lot of cancelled postage stamps that I am willing to mail. Please PM me if you are interested. I used the cancelled postage stamps that I needed for ATC's all ready.

I live in Canada, not many usa collectors here, so I will send what I can, 25 will be easy to come up with. Some are cancelled, some are mint no-hinge, most are common early 19th century usa stamps.
