Glitter and Shine Vintage Themed Paper Cone

I stumbled across this photo and thought it would make a fun swap for the group. I appreciate our founder letting me host this. I think it will be fun and should be very light postage.

We will each make 1 paper cone for 1 partner with a vintage theme. You can add vintage ephemera, pictures, glitter etc. Anything that follows the "theme" of our group. There is a great template here or feel free to make one of your own.

You can fill the cone up with candy or a small gift for your partner but it is not necessary. The object here is to make a wonderful cone! (It will probably be best to at least fill the cone with tissue paper for shipping) No flakers allowed BUT that should not be an issue since this is a group swap.
