Description:

For this swap you will be creating a punk chic, 32 count matchbox for your partner and fill it with some cool punk items or send some punk items that do not fit inside your matchbox. Sometimes little things are hard to come by, so I'm making this one different, you can send larger items as long as there is at least one item inside your matchbox. You will have 1 partner that you will send 1 matchbox. Have fun and be creative. ~~ This swap has a little over a two week turn around so please be prepared to send soon.

Now for the not so fun RULES :-)

You need to have a rating of 4.95 or higher to join this swap. Sorry but any lower rating will be deleted. Also, no 1's or 3's in the last 30 days. You need to have completed at least 8 snail mail swaps to join in this swap, email swaps don't count. If you don't have time and don't plan to send your matchbox by the "Send Date" please do not join this swap, it irritates me when people don't send on time. Also, please please please rate your partners and Coordinator for this swap, it's not nice not to rate when your partner and coordinator put so much time and effort into the swap and noone rates them. Could you give some examples of punk items small enough to fit in a matchbox? I am thinking stickers, erasers, charms? A piercing? LOL

marliese - punk items can be black or pink and black ribbon with punk designs, small beads or charms with stars (skulls - skull type keys etc) there are alot of cool items out at the craft store right now too with Halloween right around the corner. Think punkish... bearslovers - here are a couple of links you can try out to see what matchbox are. It's easy to make them if you have a template

Forgot to say, that buttons are a great little item too and I like the idea of stickers, erasers and charms. If you use a piercing or earring of any kind make sure it's clean and new and not used.

IDEAS FOR YOUR BOXES ****** Ok I found some really great deals today on some punk chic items for my matchbox. Just wanted to pass on the information... I went to Hot Topic and Spencers in the mall and they have some really great small items for 99cents and 1.99 so not so expensive and cute punk chic items for your boxes.
