I thought this would be a fun, easy swap for people that can crochet. You have to start off by making the above mentioned alien. I am including the pattern here.

I like swaps where you get what you give. Makes for a level playing field. I hate stingy return swaps.

First we make this alien, he's a easy crochet and if you have problems, you can always PM me. Color is your choice.

After he is made, this is where you will give this guy a personality. You will finish his face. You can do anything you want. 2 eyes, one eye, multiple eyes, no eyes, horns, tenacles with or without eyes, a hat, whatever. He can be a Christmas alien or a girly alien (in which case, he becomes a she), or a mean looking alien, any type you want him to be. Be creative, this is your time to shine.

He is almost 7" sitting down, so he's a nice size. He will fit into a manila envelope, so that should keep the postage down. USA and Canada only.

Here are the requirements. No 1's or 3's in the last 6 months. You must have a filled out profile. That means newbies can join. I will ban as necessary, no exceptions. No flaking. I will angel.

If you cannot crochet, even though this is easy, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT join.

I have decided that I would include the pattern here so that you can start if you want - since we are in a busy season.

Faceless Alien

I used an "F" crochet hook but that's only because I use that size for everything - use whatever size you want. And I used Red Heart Worsted Weight - I like it because it gives items some body but again, you can use whatever you want.
