AlterED puzzle piece #3

Can I turn mine into something like a magnet, necklace or brooch or should I just send it as is?

That would be pretty cool, starting a new trend, I can see it now the whole world taken by surprise by handmade brooch puzzle pieces the new rage.

It's altered. So turn it into something else or just embellish. Your choice. Personally a magnet sounds good to me. O and OOooo how about a pin!?! Good suggestions!

Could you please give a rough size requirement?

The kid's puzzle pies are big. 6-8 pieces per puzzle. That's a really good size to embellish any way you want. Those pices are probably in the neighborhood of 2 inches x 3 inches, maybe some are bigger.

If anyone needs some of the larger pieces, please let me know as I have plenty and could definitely spare to send out some!

I am pretty intrigued by using one of these big puzzle pieces, it is something I've not tried yet.

gimmlynn, I'd love a couple extra if you do have them to spare. I'd also thought of hitting up Goodwill this week to see if I can find a little kid puzzle. I'm also on the look out for a board book (have decided to alter one around the theme of my birthday trip to Hawaii this summer).

I sent out puzzle pieces today to everyone who asked for them. :-) I meant to send them sooner but I was very busy procrastinating about everything. Also, what are board books?

Those thick little children's books. About 8 pages and an inch or more thick. If you have a CHIC FIL A ask for an under 3 kid's meal. There's a board book as a prize.!!
