Description:

Cloverst hosted Rounds 1 and 2 of this swap, but she had to cancel Round 3 due to personal reasons. Since there was much enthusiasm about this swap, and therefore much disappointment at its cancellation, I am "reviving"it for this round. Hopefully she won't mind too much, but to keep it consistant, I'm going to try to follow her general format as much as possible (despite not having a copy of the original description around; if I forgot something, let me know and I'll add it).

The Swap:

If you have an active imagination and love to write, this is the swap for you!

This is the third in a series of fanatasy writing swaps (the first two hosted by Cloverst), but anyone can join.

The swap is for a letter (minimum 2 sides of A4-size paper, hand written or typed) to your partners in the style of this month's theme. You will have three weeks from the sign up date to write.

You will have two partners, and you can send the same letter to each.

Let your imagination take you where it will with this one. Think outside the box, be creative, have fun with it!

Although the swap only requires you to send a letter, you may wish to go that little bit extra and carry the theme as far as your imagination stretches. But only a letter is required, you do not need to do more if you do not wish to.

This month's theme: Under the Sea

Imagination prompts:
* Where are you?
* How did you get there?
* How are you surviving?
* What do you see around you?
* What fears or concerns do you have?
* What do you like about where you are?
* What sorts of adventures have you had so far?
* What do you need from the person you are writing to?
* How will you be "sending" this letter from where you are "under the sea"?

You do not have to answer all these questions, they are just prompts to get you started and to get you thinking about the situation.

This is not a pen pal swap, just a Creative Letter, so don't feel obligated to form a pen pal relationship. However, if you are interested in a new pen pal, you can always indicate that in an accompanying note.

Don't forget to include your Swap-Bot screen name and your real name somewhere to make sure your partner knows who the letter is from and so they know who to give the rating to.

As this a relatively easy swap, with little to no monetary value required, I not going to require a specific rating, but I will be checking ratings and comments prior to assigning partners. Newbies who have not yet been rated are welcome, with a filled out profile. If you are unsure if you meet those requirements, message me and I'll will let you know. Also, if you have more than 1 no-send in the last 6 months, message me with an explanation. If I don't hear from you with a valid explanation, I will have to drop you from the swap.

If you won't be able to send, please don't sign up. If you find, after partners have been assigned, that you won't be able to send on time or at all, please be sure to contact me and your partners to let us now.

Please be sure to rate your partners! Its the polite thing to do. You can now rate with 5's and Hearts on the same day you receive, so be sure to rate in a timely manner.

Happy writing and happy swapping!

Well, we're a small group, but that made reviewing the participants a whole lot easier. Looks like we have a group of great swappers, so partners have been assigned. Have fun writing!
