You will have one partner, US only due to postage. Envelope must be at least a number 10 (4 1/8" x 9 1/2") or larger. Blue this time! I love blue1 It's my favorite color! Anything that is blue & can be used for scrapbooking or other crafts like atc's, inchies, ect... such as, but not limited to, paper scraps for scrapbooking (unfolded and not torn), charms, ribbon, beads, stickers, crafty items, cute pictures, ect... Make sure the items are nice. Please only send things you would like to recieve. Must have at least 5 package swaps under your belt, no recent no-sends, and at least a 4.9 rating to join.
