I've seen this swap multiple times for people in the USA but never for Canadians. So this will be a Canada only swap. At the post office there are multiple sizes of Express Envelopes. You will buy the medium sized one for inside Canada (local). Then you can stuff it with as many "flat" things as possible. PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR PARTNERS PROFILE and make sure you include things they will [hopefully] like. Some ideas of flat items you can include are: magazines, a pair of socks, stickers, scrap book paper, teas, thin notebooks, ATC's, note cards, postcards, flat embellishments and ephemera, images for collage, mix cds, dish cloths, note pads, stationary, hand made envelopes, recipes, recipe cards, clear acrylic stamps, fabric, address labels, etc anything you think they might like that is relatively flat. Items can be handmade or store-bought. It's up to the sender whether they would like to make the items, buy the times, or include a bit of both. Once you've stuffed the envelope, make sure to reinforce the edges with packing tape so it stays in tact during its journey. And since you've already purchased the envelope, and addressed it, you just have to pop it in a red Canada Post street box! ___ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RATINGS You must have at least (5) #3 swaps under your belt. No recent "1" ratings without a good explanation. Ratings of 4.8+ only. This is open to people living in Canada only. If you want to make one for Europeans only, or USA only, please go ahead. =) |
