Carolina "Stupid" Thief / Thieves ATC

My husband pointed out a story in our local newspaper about 2 REALLY stupid thieves. I won't tell you about it because I intend to use this article for this ATC. It's hilarious!

Make at least 1 ATC, for 1 partner. The "incident must have happened within your area. If you have more than one in your area, then feel free to send along the article. Since these generally make people chuckle, I think if you get an extra article you should certainly give your partner a heart.

Please include the name of the newspaper you got it out of and/or they're web sight.

Standard rules apply for size. I shouldn't have to ban anyone since this is a group swap but, I still reserve the right to do so, if needed.

The "misdeed" does not have to be to resent, say at least within the last month or so. Have fun with this one. It is not intended to insult anyone. the intention is to make your partner laugh.

I am allowing extra time to find just the right one.
