For this swap alter a journal. Homemade or store bought. At least 5x7. Michaels has some in their dollar bin that would work. Front cover should be dimensional. Leave the back cover flat. Think coffee table book. There should be a week of entries (7) in the book. More if you want.

7) What do you like to do with friends if you had the time?
