Dangling dotee

Lets make a dotee to dangle from a window-llke a suncatcher that sparkles , hangs in your car,is attached to your purse or what ever. Of course, if you wish you can add it to your collection. Please use a piece of ribbon,etc that can be tied and untied to an object. at the top for hanger. Otherwise, all other dotee requirements apply 4-6",face,and tail.You can make it in any theme,but try to make it pleasing to your partners profile.
