Hi there! This is the first in a series of monthly swaps which I hope will help us meet up with people and learn different ideas for being healthy. You'll need to be sending a letter to your partner, no less than 2 8x11 pages. In your letter you'll need to (of course!) introduce yourself AND (here's the health-related part) let your partner know at least one health goal that you're working on. By signing up for this swap you will need to confirm, via PM to me, that you will be making this swap confidential. That is, if I send a letter detailing my health concern to partner A, partner A does not need to create a group-wide (or swapbot-wide) message letting everyone know my issue. I'm sure, of course, that since we're all mature adults that this need not be a problem. Of course, if you do not PM me you'll not be included in the swap. Your letter can be longer, but that's up to you. Minimum requirements are; 2 8x11 pages, health concern. That's all! |
