I love the idea of a crafty little kit filled with beautiful treasures to use in all our craft projects. Kits can be used for scrapbooking, cardmaking, ATC's, inchies, collage art...whatever your little heart desires!

We will be making three "Inspiration Kits". One for each partner. Please make all three kits the same!

Some ideas of items to add to the packages can include (but not limited to)....fabric, patterned paper, buttons, ribbon, chipboard, die cuts, felt shapes, glitter, rhinestones, embellishments, bling, flowers, tags, and about a million other thing I can't even think of right now!

These are not LP's, so there is no need to "package according to a theme", but please do package prettily in a bag, box, tin etc. It may help to package smaller items separately within the package to avoid it becoming a jumbled mess :)

NOTE: While the primary colors of the kits will be white and pink, it is okay if there are hints of other colors in there. For instance, if you send pink flowers, they may have a green stem. And "white" may be off-white or cream. If you send die-cuts, the edges could be inked. These are just some examples. If you are unsure, please PM me or leave a comment.

I'm not putting a dollar amount on this swap. I want the focus to be more on "pretty" than "money". I'm also making this swap International, because they will not be huge packages to send.

I love this idea but I'm wondering how big is the kit supposed to be? What is some send their partners large kits and others send tiny kits? That wouldn't be fair.

No, it wouldn't be. I would hope everyone would be generous in their swap packages. And I think in this group we're pretty safe. I wan't to avoid putting a dollar amount if possible, but I think from the links you can see what the standard is....I would think to aim for the picture at the top of the swap. Does that help at all???

maybe not a dollar amount, but a minimum item count? like 10 different things? 2-3 buttons equaling one item?

I agree with the other comments about setting some kind of standard. Don't really know how you would do that and still leave it open for the swappers own creative in put but I agree that some with be generous and other may not. I will watch for now. :)

If that's what everyone prefers, I can put in an item count. But don't you think people will be counting out items, instead of aiming to please?? I think that way would lead to #smaller packages.

I think we should just go with the flow and see what we get, being that this is a group swap I should hope that the swappers in this swap will aim to please and send out awesome packages. I know that I always try to go above & beyond in any swap I am in and I hope that others do the same. just my two cents.....
