Because I accidently deleted the other one...I blame my hubby for it!!! The theme for this tip-in Gypsies. Use a piece of 8 1/2" by 11" that is FOLDED in half...from top to bottom so that the page equals 5 1/2"x 8 1/2". You will use the inside of the cardstock and decorate it in the Gypsy theme! You will make 1 tip-in for each of 2 partners. Please decorate only the inside and try not to make it overly bulky. Keep embellishments toward the outside edges so participants can insert their tip-ins to their journals. As the hostess of this swap, I reserve the right to ban anyone who does not fit the following rules: ~~must have a rating of 4.7 or higher ~~must not have more than 1 no send within the past 2 months A tip-in is an addition to an altered book or journal. The pages are glue in place in the book or journal and sometimes, pages are removed to make way for the tip-in.
