Ok I don't know about anyone else but I have turned into a collector of supplies. lol Stamps being just one of my many adddictions. Shhhhhhh don't say anything to my crafting friends or they will be in there fondeling through my stuff and that right is reserved for only my closest of crafting buds.

So lets swap a set of 4 or more unmounted rubber stamps. 7-10.00 Value. This will be senders choice but lets avoid alphabet sets. Make them sayings or graphics.

Really hoping there are some stamppers in the group who are willing to do this swap. Will be interesting to see what we get. One partner One set of stamps. with four or more stamps in the set. 7-10.00 value.

Also include a letter about your stamping expeirences and what are your favorite ways to use rubber stamps.

will the clear acrylic stamps work or just the rubber ones?

MoonHalo 05/23/2010 #

yes clear acrylic are great

iLoveMail 05/24/2010 #

Do they have to be coordinating or all from the same set/pack?

MoonHalo 05/25/2010 #

hmmmm good question, I think they should be would be nicer to not just recieve the ones others did not choose to keep. Any other opinions about this?

iLoveMail 05/26/2010 #

Well, what if they were all different flowers or all phrase/word stamps, or all animals? Does that make sense? Not like 4 random, unmatched stamps, but somehow coordinating?

MoonHalo 05/27/2010 #

sounds good

MoonHalo 05/27/2010 #

I think as long as they are in the 7-10.00 range and coordinating sounds good.

iLoveMail 05/27/2010 #

Thanks @MoonHalo I'll sign-up before the deadline :)

How about mounted wood block stamps? Living overseas I don't have access to the acrylic type.

MoonHalo 05/29/2010 #

sure you can do woodblock if you want too I just had thought the flat ones because of postage but they will be ok .

TheCraftaholic 06/ 4/2010 #

OOOOOhhhhhh love love love! BUt please, ONLY WOOD block for me!

TheCraftaholic 06/ 4/2010 #

does it have to be new or can it be a set we never used? also, can we order it and just have it sent to the person?

agonysdecay 06/ 5/2010 #

I think any type of stamps should be allowed, whether unmounted or mounted, acrylics, etc, as long as the price range correct. Personally, I don't mind any of the above. Purchasing and having them sent to our partner may certainly be the way some of us have to go.

This is just my opinion and not my swap but I think all of this that has been said in this discussion should be thought about and added to the swap guidelines;)

ArtyBeth3 06/ 8/2010 #

Can they be gently used, or do they have to be new?

pandessa 06/ 9/2010 #

I agree agonysdecay. It is senders choice...........

MoonHalo 06/11/2010 #

I feel that new stamps in a themed group should be used in the price range of 7-10.00 the theme oft he stamps are senders choice not that you may send used stamps.acrylics or wood stamps are both fine but they should be same themed. set of 4 or more. Yes purchasing and having them sent is an option. Please No used stamps this is for new stamps only.
