You can find beautiful handmade Hello Kitty-stuff on etsy, so why not have a swap?

Choose an item, or more for about $3-5 US (without postage) and let it sent directly to your partner (ask the seller to put a note with the swap, so your partner knows).

If you are creative, you can handcraft your item/s yourself. Only be sure, that your partner will like it (so no earrings for someone who don't wear them, etc.) :-)

This is for handmade items, so no stationery for this one. Think more like handmade jewelry, amigurumis and stuff like that.
