I saw some international swaps that are quote Postcard swaps but none for the USA only. I need to keep postage down. This is a quick turn around- partners will be assigned by 5pm PST on Sunday and PC needs to be mailed out on Monday. So for this swap you will send each of your 3 partners 1 new postcard, store bought or hand made with your favorite quote written on it somewhere. Please note the author of the quote if known. No resent 1's or 3's. I will angel swap if I need to. Have fun.

Do you actually write on the postcards or send them in an envelope?
