Description: | |
Kappas are usually represented as small humanoids that are frog-shaped and the size of a child. Their faces are similar to those of turtles' and they are often depicted with a shell on their backs. They live in the rivers all over Japan and can swim very fast. They have a bald patch on their heads that is filled with water and surrounded by hair. According to the legend, Kappas are very powerful and their energy comes from the water in their heads. If they would leave the water and lose the water from their heads, they would weaken and die. In Japanese stories, they are mischievous characters. They fart loudly, peek at undressing or bathing women, steal food or kidnap children or women. Children are, actually, their favourite food. So for this swap you have to make one ATC for one partner. The theme is the Kappa. There is lovely artwork on them on the internet that you can use, or you can make your own artwork on them. It's up to you. Any technique is welcome. But please, put some effort into it. I don't consider a piece of cardboard with a sticker to be an ATC. Make something you are proud of, something you would love to recieve yourself. Now for the boring part... I will only accept good swappers. No 1 ratings (unless it is a very special case you can explain to me, then you must message me). No recent 3 ratings. More than 10 fulfilled swaps (e-mail swaps will not count). I will ban if necessary to make sure this is a safe swap. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to message me! |
