Tag swap - this is a very simple swap.

Make at least four Christmas tags for one partner. It is the quality of the tags, not any extras you may include. If you put effort into making the tags, not just slapped a sticker on it, please consider that it meets the requirements of this swap.

You can use any medium, just DO NOT slap a sticker on it and call it done. Have fun and create. Make something you like.

Does a tag have to have the words "To:" and "From:" on them? I made 4 tags with Christmas embossing (done with brass embossing template, stylus & light box) on white cardstock & matted on green cardstock and will punch a hole in one corner and perhaps add ribbon but they do not have the words "To:" and "From:" on them. There is room on the back of the tag for the "To:" & "From:" words to be added to person I exchange with. I'm figuring we do not add to back of tags the name of the swap or our swap bot name but I always stamp the back of my crafts with a stamp I have that shows I made them.

You don't have to have the words to or from on the tag. Tags are little cards to give to a person with a gift (gift tag). Many tags are like little cards which you open up (little message, like Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas) or a shaped tag with corners cut off and some words or a design on the front and room for someone to write "To" and "From" on the back. Usually a hole is punched in the top middle or corner for a ribbon or decorative string to be put through to attach to a gift.

Sorry I wasn't descriptive enough. I love handmade tags. They are so much fun to receive. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

This is the USA Swappers group and it say's that it's International...which is it?

Considering the fact that everyone in this group should be in the US I think the swap is strictly US and it was just skipped to mark where the swap would be taking place. No need to take the time to change the location when everyone is in the same place anyway, right?
